Shopping with Aurenza Living

Read the description, photographs and available options for the exact product you choose. The description identifies the clothing included. Shoes, bags and accessories in styling photographs are not included unless expressly stated. Colours can appear differently on different screens. Size labels vary between styles; use the relevant measurements where available or ask us before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). The checkout displays the order total, any delivery charge and available payment methods before you pay. Review these details and provide accurate contact and delivery information. Do not send full card details by email or chat.

Orders and offers

Select the required product options before adding an item to your bag. Check your order carefully before payment and keep your confirmation. Promotional eligibility and discounts are shown in the order total; review the displayed offer conditions before purchasing. If an item cannot be supplied or an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve the issue, including a refund where appropriate.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is free, with an estimated delivery time of 4–10 business days. Express delivery costs £5.90, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Check the options and estimated timing displayed at checkout.

Cancellations and returns

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains how to cancel an eligible online purchase, arrange a return and receive a refund. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer. Faulty or incorrect goods are dealt with separately under applicable consumer law.
